Who can take part
- You are between 22 and 65 years old.
- You have moderate to severe insomnia (scoring 15 or higher on a standard sleep questionnaire).
- You have been diagnosed with insomnia by a doctor.
- You agree not to use sleep tracking devices or apps during the study.
- You can read and write English at an 8th grade level or above.
- You can commit to 20 treatment sessions (40 minutes each) over 4 weeks.
- If you take sleep medication, your dose must have been stable for at least 3 months.
