This trial tests a new cell therapy, KITE-753, for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has come back or not responded to treatment. It aims to see if this therapy can help control the disease.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older with B-cell ALL that has returned or not improved after at least one prior treatment.
- Your leukemia cells must have at least 5% and less than 75% blasts in bone marrow at the start of the study, and they must show a marker called CD19 or CD20.
- You must not have had prior CAR T-cell therapy or other cell therapies.
- You must have adequate organ function, including kidneys, liver, and heart.
- You must agree to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, for at least 12 months after treatment.
- You cannot have active infections, certain brain or nervous system conditions, or a history of severe reactions to similar therapies.
