Who can take part

  • You have lupus, scleroderma, inflammatory myositis, rheumatoid arthritis, neuromyelitis optica, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, or antiphospholipid syndrome.
  • You have tried at least two standard treatments for your condition but they did not work or caused serious side effects.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old (if 75–80, a special health check is needed).
  • Your heart, lungs, and liver are working well enough, with no unstable heart disease or severe lung problems.
  • You have not had rituximab in the last 4 months, and you do not have active infections like hepatitis B, C, or HIV.
