  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a brain bleed (intracerebral hemorrhage) confirmed by a CT scan.
  • Your symptoms started within the last 6 hours.
  • You have had at least two high blood pressure readings (systolic 150 or higher) before the trial begins.
  • You are in a hospital unit that can provide close monitoring, like an ICU or stroke unit.
  • You (or a family member) can give permission to join the study.
