Edema reduction trial for early brain bleed treatment

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had a brain bleed (not from an injury) that affects one of the upper parts of your brain
  • Your symptoms started within the last 3 days (72 hours)
  • A CT scan shows the bleed is at least the size of a small grape (3 mL)
  • You are not scheduled for surgery to remove the blood clot
  • You or your family member can give permission for you to join
