Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (Glasgow Coma Scale score of 12 or less).
  • You had urgent brain surgery or a pressure monitor placed within 24 hours of injury.
  • You are admitted to the ICU and need continuous sedation.
  • Your blood pressure is stable or controlled with minimal medication.
