Who can take part
- You are 40 years old or older.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
- You have a complete ACL tear (not a partial tear).
- Your ACL surgery is scheduled within 6 months of your injury.
- You do not have diabetes, untreated thyroid problems, heart disease, or a history of stroke.
