Who can take part

  • You have primary hypothyroidism, including from Hashimoto's disease
  • You have been taking levothyroxine (LT4) at a stable dose of at least 50 mcg daily for at least 12 weeks
  • Your thyroid levels have been normal for at least 6 weeks up to 12 months before screening
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use reliable birth control
  • You have not had major surgery or been hospitalized in the last 5 weeks
  • You are not taking certain medications, supplements, or weight loss drugs that could interfere
