Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You are already taking a stable dose of a cholesterol-lowering statin for at least 4 weeks.
  • Your fasting triglyceride level is below 5.6 mmol/L.
  • A recent heart CT scan (CCTA) shows at least one high-risk plaque feature.
  • You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or heart procedure in the last 3 months.
  • You are not currently taking certain medications that affect inflammation (like corticosteroids or immunosuppressants).
