Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
- Your lung cancer must be advanced and not curable by surgery or radiation, so you need chemotherapy.
- You must have either never been treated for lung cancer, or if you had treatment, it must have been at least 6 months ago.
- You must have a specific EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
- You must be at least 19 years old and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You must have adequate organ function, and no uncontrolled serious health conditions.
- You must not have peripheral neuropathy, central nervous system metastases, or a history of interstitial lung disease.
