Who can take part

  • You have been recently diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a condition where breathing stops briefly during sleep.
  • Your doctor has recommended CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) therapy, which uses a machine to keep your airway open while you sleep.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have not used CPAP in the last 3 months.
  • You have no medical condition that makes CPAP unsafe, and no severe memory or mental health issues that could interfere with using it regularly.
