  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You were treated at UC San Diego Medical Center for bleeding around the brain
  • You have subarachnoid hemorrhage with a specific severity grade (grade II, III, or IV)
  • Or you have aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage with evidence seen on imaging scans
