Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older
  • Have B-ALL (or B lymphoblastic lymphoma) or DLBCL/high-grade B-cell lymphoma that has relapsed or is refractory (not improving within 6 months of last treatment)
  • Have enough cancer evidence to test for both steps: at leukapheresis you must have CD19-positive cancer, and right before CAR T you must still have measurable “residual” cancer
  • Have at least one measurable lesion on PET scan (FDG-avid) for DLBCL or B-ALL criteria (your team will confirm)
  • Be well enough to tolerate treatment: ECOG performance status 0–2 and adequate blood counts, kidney, liver, and lung function
  • Be able to have treatment safely: no pregnancy or breastfeeding, and you must use effective contraception during treatment and for 1 year after
