Who can take part
- Be 21 years old or younger when you enroll
- Have a newly diagnosed high-grade glioma (including DIPG) that tests positive for an NTRK fusion
- Not have received any prior chemotherapy (steroid medicines are usually allowed)
- Plan treatment that does NOT include craniospinal radiation (spine whole-area radiation) for most cases
- Have enough bone marrow and organ function (blood counts, kidney, liver), as measured by screening labs
- Be well enough to function (Lansky or Karnofsky score at or above the study cutoff)
