Who can take part

  • Be 21 years old or younger when you enroll
  • Have a newly diagnosed high-grade glioma (including DIPG) that tests positive for an NTRK fusion
  • Not have received any prior chemotherapy (steroid medicines are usually allowed)
  • Plan treatment that does NOT include craniospinal radiation (spine whole-area radiation) for most cases
  • Have enough bone marrow and organ function (blood counts, kidney, liver), as measured by screening labs
  • Be well enough to function (Lansky or Karnofsky score at or above the study cutoff)
