  • Your stroke happened less than 72 hours ago
  • A brain scan (CT or MRI) shows it is not bleeding in the brain
  • You do not have known immune system problems or other serious health conditions
  • You have not had a recent infection or vaccination immune reaction in the last month
  • You are able to understand the study and make an informed decision to join
