Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson’s disease
- You are age 50 or older
- Your Parkinson’s is early to moderate (you can walk without help; stage I–III)
- You can read and communicate in English
- You do not have Parkinson’s dementia or diagnosed dementia
- You are not taking certain blood pressure and prostate medications or diuretics
