- You are age 18 to 60
- Your blood pressure is high based on clinic readings or 24-hour monitoring
- Your primary aldosteronism diagnosis has been confirmed (including a special test from adrenal veins)
- You are able and willing to take medication or have a minimally invasive adrenal artery procedure if assigned
- You can safely receive a dye/contrast for imaging (no severe allergy)
- You are not already in another clinical study that could interfere with this one
