Who can take part
- Be between 55 and 85 years old
- Your stroke was confirmed by a brain scan (MRI or CT) and happened more than 1 year ago
- You can walk independently for about 6 meters
- Your thinking/memory score is between 18 and 27 on a mini-mental test (MMSE)
- In the last 4 weeks, your sleep was poor (PSQI score 6 or higher)
