Who can take part
- You have a diagnosis of hereditary CAA or probable/definite CAA confirmed by genetic testing or brain-scan criteria
- You have had at least one brain MRI before joining, and it showed CAA-type changes
- You are generally healthy enough to complete the study as planned
- You do not have another serious physical or mental health condition that would likely stop you from finishing
- Your blood tests are not significantly abnormal (per the study doctor)
- Your heart rhythm and ECG look safe, including a QTc value not too high for your sex
