This Phase 2 study tests AMDX-2011P to see if it can help people with cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA), a condition where abnormal protein affects blood vessels in the brain. You may be able to join if you have confirmed or likely CAA and a recent brain MRI showing changes from CAA.

Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosis of hereditary CAA or probable/definite CAA confirmed by genetic testing or brain-scan criteria
  • You have had at least one brain MRI before joining, and it showed CAA-type changes
  • You are generally healthy enough to complete the study as planned
  • You do not have another serious physical or mental health condition that would likely stop you from finishing
  • Your blood tests are not significantly abnormal (per the study doctor)
  • Your heart rhythm and ECG look safe, including a QTc value not too high for your sex
