Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You do not smoke
  • You are not currently pregnant (for people who can become pregnant)
  • You do not have heart or breathing problems, including high blood pressure
  • You do not have anemia or a blood disorder such as sickle cell disease or trait
  • Your exercise capacity test results meet sex-specific targets (VO2 peak)
