Testing SMART101 after half-matched stem cell transplant

This trial studies a new immune treatment called SMART101 given after a half-matched (haploidentical) stem cell transplant that uses post-transplant cyclophosphamide to prevent complications. Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older when you sign the consent form
  • You have AML, ALL, or MDS and are planning a half-matched stem cell transplant
  • Your heart pumping function is strong enough (left ventricular ejection fraction 40% or more)
  • Your breathing tests are acceptable (your lung capacity or DLCO is at least 45% of predicted)
  • Your liver and kidneys are working well based on routine blood tests
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant from another person before
