This trial tests a new drug called VIP943 for people with advanced acute myeloid leukemia (AML), B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) whose cancer cells have a marker called CD123. It is for those who have tried all other treatments or cannot receive them.

Who can take part

  • You have AML, B-ALL, or MDS that has not responded to other treatments or you cannot have them.
  • Your cancer cells show the CD123 marker (a protein on the surface).
  • You have at least 5% blasts (immature cells) in your bone marrow or blood.
  • You are able to do daily activities with little help (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You do not have cancer spread to the brain or severe heart problems.
