Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your cancer must be a type called squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx or hypopharynx and at a locally advanced stage.
- You must have already received a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery, and your main tumor must have shrunk at least partially.
- You need to be in good general health, with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (able to do all activities or only light work).
- Your organ function (like blood counts, liver, and kidney) must meet specific lab results, and you must not have serious medical conditions like uncontrolled heart disease or active autoimmune disease.
