- Your heart's pumping strength is at least 40% (measured in the last 3 months).
- You have high blood pressure in your lungs (mean pressure over 20 mmHg at rest).
- You are on stable heart failure medications and your fluid levels have been well controlled for at least 1 month.
- Your kidneys work well enough (GFR of 25 or higher).
