- You are in the medical intensive care unit at Siriraj Hospital.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been on a breathing machine for less than 72 hours because of sudden breathing problems.
- You do not have a severe brain condition or a history of cardiac arrest.
- You do not have severe liver disease.
