Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have diabetic peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage from diabetes) that hasn't gotten better with gabapentin/pregabalin and at least one other pain medicine.
- You've had pain in your lower legs or feet for at least 1 year.
- Your average pain level is at least 4 out of 10.
- You are willing to have a surgery to place a spinal cord stimulator (a device that sends electrical pulses to block pain) and pass a mental health check before surgery.
