Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (including rare types) that has spread to your brain, and the brain tumors are stable and not causing urgent symptoms.
- You have not had any past treatment with EGFR-targeted drugs (like osimertinib, gefitinib, etc.) for advanced disease, but chemotherapy alone is okay.
- You are in good general health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and your organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) is within acceptable limits.
- You are willing to use effective contraception if you could become pregnant, and you have recovered from side effects of any prior treatments.
