Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by a biopsy.
- Your cancer has an EGFR mutation called exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R.
- Cancer has spread to the lining of your brain (leptomeningeal metastasis), confirmed by a spinal tap and MRI.
- Your cancer got worse after at least one prior EGFR targeted therapy pill.
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are adequate.
