Who can take part

  • You are at least 50 years old (for sporadic CAA) or at least 30 years old (for Dutch-type CAA).
  • You have probable CAA according to the Boston Criteria or a known genetic mutation for Dutch-type CAA.
  • You have not had a recent (within the last 90 days) bleeding stroke.
  • You do not have moderate or severe Alzheimer's disease or other significant cognitive problems.
  • Your liver and kidney function tests meet safety limits (tests done at screening).
  • You have not received an experimental treatment or amyloid-targeting antibody recently.
