  • You are Hispanic or Latino
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with prediabetes in the last 6 months
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 40
  • Your blood pressure is below 160/100
  • Your weight has been stable (within 5 pounds) for the last 3 months
