Who can take part

  • You have heart failure with a low ejection fraction (≤35%) and a specific type of electrical delay in your heart (wide QRS).
  • You are either getting a new CRT device or upgrading from an existing pacemaker to a CRT device.
  • You are 22 years old or older.
  • You are not pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancy during the study.
  • You have a life expectancy of at least 12 months.
  • You can attend follow-up visits and follow study requirements.
