Who can take part

  • Age between 18 and 75 years old
  • Diagnosed with multiple myeloma or primary plasma cell leukemia that has returned or not responded to treatment
  • Have had at least 3 previous treatments including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and a CD38-targeted antibody
  • Cancer has continued to grow during or within 12 months of the last treatment
  • Able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function
