Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS), ALS, or have had an ischemic stroke, or you are a healthy person who doesn't get unusually tired from any condition, medicines, or habits.
  • If you have MS, it must be 'definite' or 'laboratory-supported' MS.
  • If you have ALS, it must be 'definite' or 'probable' ALS.
  • You should not have any thinking or behavioral problems that would make it hard to participate.
  • If you are healthy, you cannot have any illness, take medication, or have habits that cause unusual tiredness.
