Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You can start treatment within 24 hours of your brain hemorrhage symptoms
- You have no fever or active infection when admitted to the hospital
- Your stroke severity score (NIHSS) is 10 or higher
- You are not pregnant and did not give birth in the last 30 days
- You do not have asthma, COPD, severe heart problems, or a slow heart rate (less than 65 beats per minute)
