Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with high blood pressure (at least 140/90 on two different days).
- You have been taking at least one blood pressure medication (like ACE inhibitors, ARBs, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, or water pills) for 4 weeks or more.
- You do not have other known causes of high blood pressure (like kidney artery narrowing, certain tumors, or Cushing's syndrome).
- You do not have severe heart, liver, or kidney problems, or serious infections.
