Study of adalimumab to delay Parkinson's symptoms in sleep disorder

  • You have REM sleep behavior disorder, confirmed by a sleep study.
  • You have a reduced sense of smell.
  • You do not already have Parkinson's disease or Lewy body dementia.
  • You score at least 23 on a cognitive test.
  • You have a study partner who can accompany you to visits and support you.
  • You are able to inject the study drug yourself or have someone who can help.
