Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
  • The cancer has spread to the lining of your brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastases).
  • You have had a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) and chemotherapy given through that tap at the study center.
  • You feel well enough to be out of bed at least part of the day (ECOG score 0-3).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe ranges.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder, active thrombosis, or other cancer history, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
