Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have a type of stroke called spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (bleeding in the brain) not caused by injury or other known conditions.
- You can get the study drug within 2 hours of your stroke starting (or 1.5 hours if a certain sign on CT is absent).
- You have not taken blood thinners (like warfarin or newer oral anticoagulants) within the last week.
- You have no major disability before the stroke, no recent blood clots or heart problems, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
