Who can take part

  • You are either an inactive person (no regular exercise) or an active athlete who does aerobic exercise for more than 5 hours a week at a regional level
  • You must not have a diagnosed sleep disorder, like insomnia or sleep apnea
  • You must not be receiving treatment for a mental health condition
  • You must not have a diagnosed condition affecting your kidneys, lungs, heart, blood vessels, or nerves
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
