  • You are between 19 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with atypical odontalgia (nerve pain in a tooth or area where a tooth was removed).
  • You are scheduled to receive deep brain stimulation (DBS) for this pain because other treatments haven't worked.
  • You are able to understand and agree to participate in the study.
  • You do not have major depression or an active psychotic condition.
