  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been on a breathing machine for at least 24 hours.
  • You received continuous sedation before your first planned wake-up test in the ICU.
  • Your medical team has the information needed to identify when your sedation was stopped.
  • You agree to take part in the study.
