  • You are between 21 and 55 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with alcohol use disorder (problem drinking that affects your life)
  • You have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder (ongoing depression)
  • You are willing to take a study medication and come to study visits
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You can have an MRI scan (no metal implants, claustrophobia, etc.)
