Study of encaleret for chronic hypoparathyroidism
Part of Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.
This study tests a new medicine called encaleret for people with chronic hypoparathyroidism, a condition where the body has too little parathyroid hormone, leading to low calcium levels. The medicine aims to improve calcium balance and reduce the need for daily calcium and vitamin D supplements.

This trial tests an experimental drug called Canvuparatide against a placebo to see if it can help adults with a condition called hypoparathyroidism, where the body doesn't make enough parathyroid hormone. The goal is to improve calcium levels and reduce the need for high-dose calcium and vitamin D supplements.
This trial is for adults with hypoparathyroidism who are already taking a drug called palopegteriparatide (TransCon PTH) at a certain dose. It tests whether higher doses of this drug can better control calcium levels and reduce the need for other supplements.
This trial tests a new treatment to help people with hypoparathyroidism (a condition where your body doesn't make enough parathyroid hormone, causing low calcium levels) manage their calcium better. It aims to reduce the need for calcium and vitamin D supplements.
This study tests a new medicine called palopegteriparatide for teenagers with long-term hypoparathyroidism (low parathyroid hormone). The medicine is given as a daily injection and aims to help control calcium levels.
This trial tests a new medicine called EXT608 for adults with hypoparathyroidism. It aims to see if this medicine can help manage calcium levels better than current treatments.
This study looks at how chronic hypoparathyroidism affects daily life and well-being. It may help understand the condition better and improve support for patients.
