This trial compares a new treatment approach—short-course radiation followed by an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 inhibitor) and chemotherapy (FOLFOX)—to the standard long-course chemoradiation for people with a specific type of advanced rectal cancer that is pMMR/MSS. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment works as well or better.

Study of aescin plus MPFF for bleeding hemorrhoids

This study tests whether a combination of two medicines (aescin and MPFF) can stop bleeding from mild internal hemorrhoids (grade 1 or 2) and prevent it from coming back. If you have had active bleeding within the past 7 days, this trial may help you find an effective non-surgical treatment.
