This trial is studying a device called the Medtronic Inceptiv™ Closed-Loop DTM Spinal Cord Stimulator to see if it can help reduce pain from diabetic peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage caused by diabetes) in the lower legs. It is for people whose pain has lasted at least 6 months and hasn't been helped by other treatments.
