Comparing RPH-030 to Vectibix for metastatic colorectal cancer
This trial tests whether a new drug called RPH-030 works similarly to an existing drug called Vectibix in treating advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. Both drugs will be given alongside chemotherapy (FOLFIRI) as a first-line treatment.

This trial tests a new drug combination for colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and did not respond to or could not tolerate standard first-line chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this new approach can help shrink the cancer and extend survival.
