This trial tests a personalized cell therapy made from your own immune cells, changed to recognize “neoantigens” on cancer cells. It’s designed for people with metastatic (advanced spread) solid cancers or certain other cancers who have tried standard treatments but cancer is still growing.

Personalized vaccine for early-stage, treatment-free CLL
This Phase 1 study tests a personalized cancer vaccine made from each patient’s CLL (“neoantigens”) plus a medicine called poly-ICLC to help the immune system learn to recognize the cancer. It is designed for people who have CLL but are currently not needing treatment, to see if it’s safe and may help keep the disease under control.

Immunotherapy made from your tumor-fighting immune cells
This trial tests a treatment made from your own immune cells (called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, or TILs) for certain metastatic cancers. It’s designed for people whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments and who can safely provide a small tumor sample for cell-making.
