Who can take part
- Be 18 to under 50 years old.
- Have a non-cancer condition that your transplant team says can be treated with an allogeneic stem cell transplant (donor cells from someone else).
- Be able to do the required scans/tests: normal elastography and enough heart, lung, kidney, and liver function on study tests.
- Have a good general performance score (Karnofsky score of 70 or higher).
- Have an approved donor match (related matched donor preferred, or an unrelated/haploidentical donor with specific matching rules).
- Not have certain health exclusions like Fanconi anemia, certain heart/lung/kidney/liver problems, uncontrolled infection, HIV, or a known radiation contraindication.
