Who can take part
- You (or your legal representative) can sign consent, and you agree to use stored tumor tissue from a past biopsy (or the study may approve an exception).
- Your performance status is good (ECOG 0 to 2) and you have an expected survival of more than 3 months.
- Your multiple myeloma has measurable disease based on blood or urine lab markers.
- Your cancer has come back or not responded after at least 1 prior treatment plan that included both a proteasome inhibitor and an immune-modulating medicine, and transplant is not recommended.
- Your blood counts and organ function meet safety levels: low white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, liver tests, or kidney function may make you ineligible.
- You have no key “stop signs” such as prior leflunomide use, pomalidomide-resistant disease, certain infections (including TB or hepatitis), HIV, or recent other cancer.
