Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are having a stroke caused by a clot in a large artery in the front part of your brain.
  • You can be treated within 24 hours of your stroke starting.
  • You were able to do your daily activities independently before this stroke.
  • Your stroke symptoms are moderate to severe (a score of 6 or more on a stroke scale).
